IS THE ORDER EXEMPT FROM CUSTOMS DUTIES ?
our prices do not include taxes. Sometimes for some address customers will be charged fees by customs. Unfortunately, taxes are based on local policy. We have no control over this matter. We ask for your understanding. If the shipping company asks you for customs fees when delivering the order, we have the following two suggestions:
1- If the fees are expensive and you cannot afford to pay, you can refuse to receive the order and contact us. We will return the order value to you after confirming the return shipment.
2- If you like our products and are willing to pay customs fees, please receive the order and then contact our customer service staff. Please send them a receipt for customs fees from the shipping company, we will give you some compensation.

WHAT IS VALUE ADDED TAX?
Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax imposed by the government. VAT applies to both individuals and businesses and is levied on most goods and services bought and sold.
Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
- Average time: 7 – 14 business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
We offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

- A picture or Video of the damaged product.
